Our Policy

We want you to love your Space Suitcase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The suitcase must be in  undamaged, and fully working condition

  • It must include all original components, accessories, and packaging

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date

We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of damage, excessive wear, or misuse.

Refund Process

  1. Contact our support team at contact@space-suitcases.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs

  4. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets our return conditions

  5. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection

We do not issue refunds for:

  • Items returned in damaged or non-functional condition

  • Items received after the 30-day return window

  • Shipping costs (original and return)

How to Ship Your Return

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service when returning your item. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Final Note

Initiating a return without prior contact may result in delays or ineligibility for a refund. Please ensure all returns are approved by our team first.
