We want you to love your Space Suitcase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

The suitcase must be in undamaged, and fully working condition

It must include all original components, accessories, and packaging

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of damage, excessive wear, or misuse.
Refund Process

We will provide return instructions and a return shipping address

You are responsible for return shipping costs

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets our return conditions

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of inspection
We do not issue refunds for:
